Sake Sangria at Euro Asian in Port Chester

A new Asian-fusion restaurant opened in Port Chester a couple months ago, but they threw a party recently. I went and tasted a few things and snapped these shots. I especially liked the sake sangria, and they kindly provided me the recipe. Look for it at the end of the post.
I was sitting at the bar. There’s a lounge area in the bar room:

We tried dumplings (good):

Calamari (not great):

And sushi (very good indeed):

Here’s the dining room, with a sushi bar in the back:

The private room looks very comfortable:

The sushi bar with a random guest:

The golden dragon outside:

The door:

Our lovely bartender Chris. He was very accommodating. Try to sit near him if you go!

There are flowers under the glass on the bar.

And here’s that delicious sake sangia. I’m totally making this for my next party:

Sip away!
Sake Sangria
1 bottle of red wine
16 ounces premium sake
6 ounces white rum
4 ounces of orange juice
4 ounces of lime juice
Chopped apples and pears
Add all the ingredients togehter and chill. You may vary the amount of lime and orange juice to suit your taste.
Have you been to Euro Asian yet?
