Romolo’s Owner Selling the Restaurant
Anthony Mignone, the owner of Romolo’s in Congers, is selling the restaurant to an employee, Vincent Vasti. Mignone wants to spend more time with his family.
“Since I’m 13, I’ve never been home on a Christmas Eve,â€? he told me. “I’ve made a lot of people’s Christmas Eves, but …â€?
After the sale, he’ll be working for Houlihan Business Brokers, a firm that specializes in selling restaurants and food businesses.
Mignone tells me that Vasti is looking at making the restaurant a little more family friendly, perhaps adding a brick oven for pizzas.
Was never a big fan. went there once with my wife. it was expensive and the meal wasnt worth the price. I was hoping for much more. oh well.
