Wine Dinner: Hudson House of Nyack

There’s a wine dinner at 7 p.m. Thursday May 31 at the Hudson House in Nyack. It’s $75. The wines are provided by Joe Printz of Grape D’Vine in Tappan. Here’s the menu:

Spring Vegtable puree with Chamomile  green pea with seafood
dumpling  and lemon infused creme fraiche erved with Sepp Gruner
Veltliner 2006.

Pacific coast diver scallop, cedar smoked salmon with nutmeg scented
white wine reduction. L’ecole 41 semillon, Columbia Valley 2005.

Blackened cod with linguicia and chick pea broth seved with Jose
Marie da Fonseca 2004

Braised boar rib ribs with soft polenta and porcini demi glace served
with La Nunsio Barbera D’Asti 2003

Matt’s almond scented caramel custard served with Dios Baco
Amontillado Sherry
