Vertigo in Nyack has started a “Euro-American Brunch,� which includes the best of both continents. The meal begins with a Continental breakfast. You may help yourself to breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts, seasonal fruits, cold meats and cheeses. You’ll also get a choice of a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Then you may choose one of the following for a first course: Brioche French Toast; Traditional Eggs Benedict; Omelet or Blueberry or Raspberry Pancakes — all of which are served with homefries and bacon or sausage. For the second course, you may choose two of the following: Grilled Pork Tenderloin; Vertigo Breast of Chicken; Breast of Barbary Duck; Vertigo Penne Gorgonzola; Pan-Seared King Salmon and a rotating special, and those are served with vegetables and a potato. The meal costs $26 plus tax and tip.
