From the Shoot at Morgans
When I was shooting the RNN piece for Morgans Fish House, I got to try one of the dishes: Mark Filippo’s version of Surf & Turf. It was delicious. Beefy, tangy and silky  and even though there’s so much going on on the plate, you can still taste each flavor, even the mix of vegetables.
