Chef’s Dish: Matthew Karp at Plates in Larchmont
Last week’s “What’s Cooking” segement on RNN featured Matthew Karp of Plates in Larchmont. He showed me how to make a delicious black bass dish, and talked a little about the nature of his restuarant (it’s not only for special occasions) and where he came up with the name.
