Breakfast doesn’t get enough play in my book. When you have blueberries like these, you can’t go wrong. This delicious breakfast has ginger granola from Whole Foods (my favorite… it’s in the bulk section); blueberries from The Orchards of Concklin; a piece of cranberry-pecan bread from The Baker’s Wife; goat cheese from Rainbeau Ridge Farm in Bedford; and apricot jam made by my friend Irene.
I could eat this three times a day and never get bored. What’s your favorite breakfast?
