The Tap House. Jim Sullivan and the Pearl Management Group (RubyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Oyster Bar and Morgan’s Fish House in Rye, among others) will open a Ã¢â‚¬Å“high end pubÃ¢â‚¬? in Tuckahoe in mid-November. Coming full circle, the restaurant will fill the site of the former RockwellÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s, which Sullivan opened himself in 1984. The Ã¢â‚¬Å“rich in style, approachableÃ¢â‚¬? restaurant will offer a reasonably priced yet stylish menu, created by chef Will Savarese, formerly at La CrÃƒÂ©maillÃƒÂ¨re.
