Excerpts from our upcoming dining preview, set to publish Friday in The Line:

Boe@324: Set to open in mid-October after extensive renovations, replacing Gregory’s. A 3,000-bottle wine cellar is available for private events and a technology-equipped conference room will accommodate working lunch meetings. There’s a plush dining room, but a lounge and a striking oak-and-marble bar invite diners to get comfortable too. Executive chef Ronald Campanaro will offer a luxurious list, which includes caviar service, lobster strudel, housemade lasagna (and other pasta) with short ribs, Berkshire pork tenderloin, “raised rightâ€? roast chicken and dry-aged steaks. 324 Central Park Ave., White Plains. 914-684-8855 and 914-428-2455.
