Smokehouse Chili-Grill. Last fall, Justin Zeytoonian and Michael Hofer took their special chili to a tailgate party in Buffalo, and 250 friends showed up at their tent. This summer, they opened a restaurant. A long lunch counter inside and a half dozen umbrella tables out front make itl a perfect setting for a chili dawg or a signature burger marinated in Irish whisky-spiked barbecue sauce.
