Small Bites

Did anyone catch “Cashmere Mafia” the other night? I did not, but apparently, there’s a scene where a husband tells his wife something like: ‘We need a romantic getaway. Let’s head to Blue Hill at Stone Barns.’ And she says, ‘I don’t want to go there — it’s too far.” (From New York? Please.)

I guess they end up not going, but later in the show, the woman calls for takeout. In her best sexy voice, she refers to general manager Philippe Gouze by name! “Philippe,” she says. “Give me two of your most decadent entrees to go.”

Later, she’s walking toward her husband’s office with a basket of food. We find out it’s short ribs and roasted beets — Blue Hill food for certain!
