There’s a craiglist ad out this weekend, where chef Andy Nusser of Casa Mono is looking for chefs to work in a restaurant in the Westchester/Greenwich area.
I don’t know any more than this, but I wanted to get it out there:

Must have Culinary Education and Experience. ”
