GATHERING THEIR INGREDIENTS TO DO SOME HOT COOKING AT BLOOMINGDALE’S.

Come see Bilotta’s Bloomingdale’s kitchen be put to the test by some of the best executive chefs in the county.

This March, Bilotta’s kitchen in the White Plains Bloomingdale’s culinary department will heat up with the aromas of some of the top chefs in Westchester County. Sponsored by All-Clad Cookware, the line-up of chefs will expose Bloomingdale’s guests to some of the most delectable cuisines as well as the exciting cooking tactics of these fabulous culinary geniuses.

The cooking events launch during Bloomingdale’s HOT promotion, starting on March 6th, which is the store’s formal kick-off to spring. This annual event invites customers in to experience the hottest trends and styles for the season while enjoying special events throughout the store. “This year we decided to partner with Bilotta Kitchens and utilize our wonderful live kitchen, allowing some of the best chefs of Westchester to show off their talents,â€? commented Meryl Lefkowitz, Manager of Public Relations for the White Plains Bloomingdale’s. “With the obsession over cooking and cooking shows of late, we felt that an event like this would really draw people in —  food always does it!â€? added Kristin Ohnmacht, Director of Marketing, Bilotta Kitchens.

The line-up of restaurants includes Mulino’s of Westchester (3/6, 1pm), MacMenamin’s Grill (3/7, 1pm), Salt of the Ritz Carlton (3/13, 1pm), 42 of the Ritz Carlton (3/13, 4pm), X20 – Xaviars on the Hudson (3/15, 1pm), Antipasti (3/26, 1pm), Nessa (3/27, 1pm) & Zitoune (3/28, 2pm).
