PLATES presents a Pacific Northwest Winemaker Dinner, a 5-course chef tasting dinner paired with the wines  from the top Oregon and Washington State Wine Producers as well as the young up and coming wine makers. Hand delivered regional cheeses and artisanal products from the Northwest are part of the culinary line-up of the evening.
