Sripraphai Update


After my visit last week, I ordered pad Thai to go. I had it for lunch the next day. I don’ t know if it was just the fact that it was to go or if I didn’t love the flavor, but it wasn’t my favorite. The other dishes far blew this one away.


One cool thing, after the jump….

The to-go packet came with the bean sprouts on the side, so you could heat the dish up before adding them… another ingenious way to keep the balance of hot, cool, spicy, sweet. And they threw in a wedge of lime for good measure.


(Yes, I eat lunch at my desk. Do you?)
