Wine Dinner at Relish


Relish in Sparkill and The Grape D’Vine in Tappan are holding a wine dinner at 7:30 p.m. June 24. Winemaker Rosa Zarza and Juan Calos from Ole Imports will be on hand for discussions.

The Amuse
Andalusian  gazpacho/ paella croquette/ quail egg w chorizo crumble.
Served with Casteller Brut Rose Cava

Market vegetable mosaic/smoked almond romesco, coach farms goat cheese.
Served with Papa Godello 2006

Grilled olive braised octopus/ wild greens/ fingerling potato confit,
crispy iberico ham/  herb oil. Served with Carro Tinto 2006

Coffee rubbed Pineland Farms beef loin/ rioja braised onions,
roasted mushrooms/red wine-cocoa sabayon. Served with two wines
Metarradonda juan rojo 2003 and Libranza 2003

Nettle Farm fromage blanc/ acacia honey/ hazelnut shortbread.
Served with Dios Olorosso Sherry
