Happy Monday, all. On Sunday I took a nice bike ride from Nyack to Piermont for the farmers market and had a picnic in Flywheel Park with a lovely little rosé from Bandol.
Here’s what people were talking about while I was out enjoying the nice weather!
MH likes the pastas better than the entrees at Mauro’s in Ossining. (NY Times.)
At X20 in Yonkers, a “blindfolded person could throw darts at the menu and still have a great meal.” (Chowhound.)
Hito Asian Bistro is open and people are liking it. (Chowhound.) (Previous Small Bites post here.)
Doug thinks Sal’s in Mamaroneck is “ehh.” (Hungry Travels.) (At least we’re on the same page. Check out my “review” of Sal’s on Small Bites here.)
What else did I miss over the weekend? (Oh and yes, the rosé was delicious. Not too sweet and strawberry-ish, like some.)
