Just wanted to check in with you all… Sorry I haven’t yet posted today — very busy with three stories in tomorrow’s paper. I want to give you a quick look at Mount Kisco Seafood’s kindai tuna, which I wrote about last week here.

It was great. Melted in my mouth. Of course, I took the other tuna home for grilling. I’ll share the recipe later in the week.
