Cooking Demonstrations


Phyllis Segura, a personal chef whose business is called Cooking on the River, sent me an email about some cooking demonstrations she’s doing.

Cooking Demonstration Alert

On Sunday, July 20th
from 11AM to 1PM
I will be doing a Cooking Demonstration
at the Piermont Farmers’ Market

I will be using ingredients straight from the stands.


On Monday, August 4th
at 7PM
I will be doing a Cooking Demonstration
at the Nanuet Public Library in Nanuet

The demo will be: Gazpacho, Corn Fritters, and Berry Fool
A complete 3-course summertime meal!

Registration is not necessary.

Come by either event for some tasty cooking and fun!
