New York Times critic Frank Bruni gave three stars to Oceana, the midtown seafood restaurant owned by the Livanos family of Armonk.

The Livanos â€” who also own the City Limits Diners in White Plains and Stamford and also own Molyvos and Abboccatto in Manhttan â€” are working on opening a new restaurant in Armonk called The Moderne Barn. It will have contemporary American food, a raw bar and a great wine cellar. I have a call in to Nick to find get a progress report and will report back as soon as I know more.
