NYACK, NY-Â Â In September, shoppers can shop comfortably in the cooler air for their favorite regionally grown products.Â Â Although, not quite the harvest season, the farm stands are full with the widest array of produce of the season.
Below, the schedule of events.
Throughout September, shoppers can enjoy the following produce:Â beans, beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, eggplants, garlic, herbs, kale, peppers, radishes, scallions, squash, lettuce, mesclun and other greens, onions, potatoes, turnips, spinach, apples, cantaloupes, grapes, peaches, pears, plums, watermelons and fresh cut flowers.
