Good morning and happy Monday. I had an Iron Pizza Chef battle with my husband on Friday night. Normally, we each choose our own toppings and then pick a winner. This time, it was more of a team effort. We each chose heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella and basil with a sprinkling of Parmesan. You just can’t go wrong this time of year. Only difference? One with yellow and one with red. Man I love August.
