Eat Local Thursdays at Valley celebrates one ingredient from one local farm in each of three courses.Â The $35 menu changes every week and is the only menu offered at Valley on Thursday evenings.Â Each weekâ€™s menu is available online at www.thegarrison.com on Monday.
