I told you I got the pizza crust out of the freezer on Monday night. Well, we had to use it right? I’m not ashamed to admit: pizza for dinner two nights in a row. (Is a nutritionist reading this? How’m I doin’?)
Here we have it before the oven. I par cooked the crust a little, then added tomatoes from the garden, zucchini from the garden (which I sliced on a mandolin), mozzarella from the market and zucchini blossoms from the garden.
OK, and a little proscuitto, too. (I can’t seem to give up the goods from Parma!)
