Indian Cooking Classes

Cooking with Rinku announces its upcoming November 2008 classes. These classes incorporate a practical approach to Indian cooking and targets the busy, innovative cook who would like to learn the essentials of Indian cooking and also be able to produce the food during a busy day.

The class is designed to accommodate the requests of several students who would like to be able to pre-prep some of the food preparation. The two classes cover some very essential techniques and favorite Indian food bases such as tikka masala and green coconut sauce. It covers preparing these sauces ahead of time to be able to have food ready for company or on a busy weeknight.

Rinku Bhattacharya teaches these classes in Valhalla, NY is small interactive groups. The cooking classes are followed by a complete meal. Rinku is a passionate and creative cook, who enjoys cooking, sharing and feeding people. Details of these classes can be found on Rinku’s Website at
