Thanksgiving is the best food holiday, for sure. Who doesn’t love the brown meal!?
But celebrating on a Thursday can be inconvenient, especially if you have to work the next day, slogging that food hangover around.
We’ve been hearing about some people who are saying no to Thanksgiving Thursday. Are you one of them? Are you having dinner on Friday or Saturday because it’s more convenient? So more family members can celebrate? If that’s the case, we want to talk to you.
My colleague, Heather Salerno, is writing a story about this, and would love to interview folks from the local area. If you’re willing to be interviewed about recognizing this holiday a few days late, give her a shout.
Heather can be reached at hsalerno@lohud.com or 914-696-8561.
And happy Thanksgiving, no matter when you celebrate.

How can you have thanksgiving dinner without doing it while you watch the macy’s parade? This is a bad trend, I hope never picks up Next thing, they won’t give us the Friday after off from work. Don’t start this trend!
