Bob-B-Q’s Opens in Shrub Oak

There’s a new barbecue restaurant in Shrub Oak and I’m hearing really really good things. Christine and bob Sarvaideo were planning on just opening a rotisserie chicken place to help out busy families with dinner. At the last minute, Bob decided he was going to get a smoker and do some pulled pork and ribs.

Everyone’s real glad he did. Now they sell pork, ribs and brisket as well as homemade sides like mac and cheese and tomato-cucumber salads. It’s a small little place, with tile floors and sponge-painted walls, but you’re also welcome to pull up a chair at one of the few tables and order fresh made burgers, wings and wraps. Or take it home and feed them kids.

The 411 on Bob-B-Q’s.
