Gervasi’s Takes Over Boe@324

I stand corrected. Ibiza is not going into the space that used to be Boe@324.
Instead, it will be Gervasi’s, a seafood and Italian restaurant owned by John Gervasi, the chef at Mulino’s in White Plains for 18 years.

He isn’t changing the decor, so expect the same deep colors, velvet curtains and the water features. THe menu will include pastas, appetizers, fish and meats. Some signature dishes?

Seafood platters
Baked oysters
Prawns with black linguine
Double-cut veal chops with shittake mushrooms
Herb-crusted prime rack of lamb with sage sauce

He’ll open the doors Oct. 22.

The 411 on Gervasi’s.
