I had a lovely lunch with friends upstate yesterday. They served a delicious pork roast they got at Fleisher’s Grass-Fed and Organic Meats in Kingston with local fingerlings with herbs and broccoli rabe with lemon zest. Delicious!

For dessert? Blackberry tart with a cornmeal topping and a scoop of butter pecan ice cream.
Also amazing.
