Nyack Burger Hop on the Way

Back in December, reporter Ben Rubin told us about the plans for the Nyack Burger Hop on 59 just west of Nyack: Fresh burgers, fresh-cut fries and hot dogs.

The restaurant also will showcase a wall of local heroes, Fishel said. Every week they will add a local firefighter, do-gooder, high school athlete or cop.

The other day, I drove by and the sign says “coming soon!” I have a call in to find out exactly when, and promise to keep you updated.

UPDATE: I spoke to owner Craig Fishel who says it’s looking like Jan. 15 or so.
