The opening of the new Sweet Grass Grill in Tarrytown is still a month away, says David Starkey, who owns the restaurant with Theresa McCarthy. The restaurant will offer American comfort food and keep in tune with the local and affordable approach as at Starkey’s other cafe, Tomatillo, which is in Dobbs Ferry.
