Brio is Now 353


The former Brio in Mount Kisco has become 353. Owner Paul Sandolo says he had to change the name because he of trademark infringement. (There’s a large chain called Brio Tuscan Grill. I’d never heard of it. I guess Paul hadn’t either.)

Anyway, along with the new name comes new menu prices. They’ve dropped about $15. The menu, though, is still pretty similar: tapas, small plates, pizzas, seafood dishes, meat and signature dishes.

“It’s nearly all Italian and American comfot food, but there’s Spanish influence on the tapas and Asian on the specials,” he says.  Hence the motto: “Hand-crafted flavors of the world.”

The sign outside changed last month.
