Restaurant Closings and Openings
As many of you might know, we have more than 1,200 restaurants in our searchable database, and we’re always looking to include everyone. (If you’re a restaurant owner and you’re not listed, please use the link on the side to e-mail me and let me know; we’ll see that you’re included.)
Twice a year, we publish our dining guide, where you can see all these restaurants in print. Well, we’re preparing for the spring edition, and I gotta tell you: we’re finding a lot of places have closed. So you don’t have to wait, I’ll let you know these changes as we get them.

Anthony’s Sport Grill, Ossining: closed.
Austin’s Steak, Dobbs: becoming David DiBari’s new restaurant; no name yet.
Bastone’s Italian Grill, New Rochelle: closed.
Bel Paese, Hawthorne: closed.
Bennigan’s, Yonkers: becomes Metro Grille
Blackjack Café, Croton: closed.
Café Rio: becomes The Post Bar & Grill.
Central Square Café, Scarsdale: closed.
Rockland:
Bricktown Brewery, Haverstraw, closed.
Café Modage, New City, closed.
Cherry Brook Inn, Pearl River, closed.
Hana Sushi, Nanuet, closed.
Legal Seafoods, West Nyack, closed.
Maiko II becomes Wasabi Grill.
Main Essentials, Haverstraw moved to Nyack.
Nestos Estiatorio, New City, closed.

Wow, I can’t believe that Legal closed at the Palisades Center. I didn’t eat there often but they always seemed busy when we walked past.
