I’m having some people over tomorrow night, and I wanted a warming winter meal that I can make ahead. While poking around online for a recipe, I decided not to let my research go to waste. Here are a few options I discovered. The Bon Appetit ones are the simplest. The Epicurious ones are medium-hard and the Food & Wine ones, while not hard, take more time.
