Update on David DiBari’s New Place: He’s Calling It The Cookery

David DiBari, formerly the chef at Zuppa in Yonkers, will be opening his restaurant, The Cookery, at 39 Chestnut St. in Dobbs Ferry the second week in March.

He says the menu is nearly finished and he promises to email a few of the dishes to me soon. I’ll share as soon as I have them
