Bistro Citron Coming to Former Backals Space
Two people have told me they saw a sign outside saying Bistro Citron is taking over the former Backas/Heathcote Tavern space in Scarsdale. I don’t know any more than that, but I”ll look into it. Any tips on where to start?

i would think that if anyone would have an ‘in’ with the liquor commissioner’s office it would be you.
it must be someone from ‘out-of’-town’, otherwise they would know that your fans feel the sun ‘rises and sets’ on your words and your breaking news is very important.
I called there and they are opening on 4/21.
