Thursday night, April 2, I and my team of video journalists produced a live Webcast from Restaurant X in Congers to celebrate Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. My guest was Janet Crawshaw of Valley Table magazine, who with her husband and partner Jerry, founded Restaurant Week. And my special guest was none other than Peter X. Kelly himself, the executive chef and patriarch of X and three other restaurants. Please take a look.

Business Improvement District, presents the owner and chefs of
Khangri Asian Japanese Bistro with a plaque during a recent ribbon cutting for
the downtown�s new eatery. Khangri is the 15th Yonkers BID-
sponsored grand opening for a new business since April last year. Joining in the
ribbon-cutting ceremony were (l-r): Yonkers Mayor Philip A. Amicone; Duru
Sherba, owner, and chefs Xinyu Chen and Kenny Zhanc. In the rear center is
Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick. Also on hand were New York
State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins and Yonkers Councilwoman and Yonkers
BID Board member, Patricia McDowell.
