Video: The Cookery, David DiBari’s New Restaurant in Dobbs Ferry

What fun watching Dave and his mom make pasta! Check out this video from the opening of The Cookery, the new Italian enoteca in Dobbs.

Here’s a link to a post about my first taste of the food at the Cookery, which was just before Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, so may have been lost in the shuffle!

And here’s a link to the pre-opening tour I took with Dave and his dad.

  1. Oh and PS: Dave is always wearing a hat, so I decided to wear one for the video, too! And guess what. It was the one day he wasn’t wearing a hat! Funny….

  2. Liz,

Great interview! And I loved the hat. Looks like the Holts and Les Gilberts will have to make trip to the Cookery.
