Jimmy Fink’s Easter Leg of Lamb!
Jimmy Fink, the DJ over at 107.1 The Peak, sent me this video he and his daughters made of them cooking Bea Fink’s Leg of Lamb for Easter Sunday. I think it’s fabulous and fantastic — and I think I have a bit of compeition when it comes to Westchester food videos!

every year i make Coniglio Cacciatore. This year i wasnt able to get them in rockland. since i am working in PA i was able to get them out here, and wow were they big. 7lbs each.

Thanks so much for putting up our video….it is a big file so it does take a while to play and load….next time, we’ll give you the fast recipe. My daughters put it together and, of course helped me and the family eat it!!
