my husband and i love this place. since it opened we have ordered like 10 pies ( take out) already. we tried their salads too and we just loved it. my favorite is the caprino salad. everything there is fresh so you will never be disappointed. we’re happy that a pizzeria this good opened in hartsdale. we don’t need to go to the city to get a really good pizza.

I think the pizza is one of the best is Westchester. My wife, who is not a big fan of pizza in general loves the place. We have been there 3 times already. The only negative is the lights in the booths. They are way too bright but I understand that they are working on that.

I was there last week, had a plain personal size pie. I thought that the sauce and crust were a little bland. Great chewy texture to the crust, even though it’s really thin. I don’t really like crispy, crunchy crust, like at all’Antica. If I go back, I think I’ll try one of the pies with toppings, because the plain was, well, plain. The pizza is not as good as what I had in Naples, but it’s not bad. Just needs some more flavor in the basic crust and sauce.

Nice decor, decent selection of beers. I had a Brooklyn Lager. Service at the counter was a little irregular, the waitstaff seems to pay more attention to the tables. It’s also awkward to have to turn around to talk to the waiter, if you’re sitting at the counter. It’s fun to watch the pizzaiolos putting the pies together, though. Whatever bugs the service has will probably shake themselves out as they get into a groove.
