This in from PR guy Morris Gut:

This fish house just keeps getting better…Its tasty and terrific! Talented chef/proprietor Anthony Labriola is marking spring/summer at his bustling Caffe Regatta Oyster Bar & Grill on Wolf’s Lane in Pelham with a new seasonal menu featuring an eclectic contemporary mix of pristinely fresh fish and seafood specialties along with a hefty dose of carnivore heaven. There’s a new wine cellar too!

The 411 on Caffe Regatta.

More, after the jump.

Labriola, a 1993 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, offers such delectable starters as: Chowders and Bisques; Shrimp and Vegetable Spring Rolls, with sesame-soy and ginger carrot sauce; Crispy Fried Calamari served with chopped romaine and lemon aioli; Sticks & Stones, flat iron steak and shrimp satay with Thai soy glaze; and Bluefin Tuna Tartare with avocado puree and citrus soy dressing.  The Regatta Lobster Mango Salad comes with half a lobster, mache greens and a port wine reduction sauce.

There is a Chilled Seafood Raw Bar daily. Dramatic seafood platters can be prepared with your choice of offerings. The jumbo, multi-tier Chateau includes: 2 one lb. lobsters, ½ crab legs, 12 oysters, 6 little necks, 6 top necks, ½ jumbo shrimp. It’s a sight to see served with all the trimmings and also delicious!

Main courses from the open kitchen include: Fusilli alla Carrettiera, green-garlic toasted bread crumbs, cauliflower and pancetta; Grilled Swordfish with apricot and fennel; Cumin Crusted Atlantic Salmon with chive mashed potato and sesame-cucumber salad; Pan Roasted East Coast Halibut with sweet corn, chanterelle mushrooms, wilted spinach and lemon butter; Broiled Herb-Bacon Crusted Day Boat Cod, fingerling potatoes and creamed grilled corn; Grilled Yellow Tail Tuna, green pea, lemon and parsley couscous, baby carrot; and live Lobsters weighing in from 1 1/2 lbs. to 5 lbs. (by advanced order), prepared as you like and market priced.

Not in the mood for fish? Fine alternative dishes now include: Prime NY Strip Loin, garlic whipped potato, sautéed spinach, crispy onion rings; Lamb T-Bones Scotta Dita, grilled summer vegetable stack, sweet potato fries, fig marmellata; Marinated Hanger Steak, fingerling potatoes, asparagus and salsa verde; and Lemon & Thyme Roasted Organic Chicken, mascarpone polenta, Migliorelli Farm rapini and grilled sausage. Meat and fish dishes can be simply grilled as well.

Don’t forget those addicting supplemental sides like: Vidalia Onion Rings, Shoe String Fries and Broccoli Rabe.

Special Hint: There is a new wine cellar and a moderately priced list of fine wines to complement you meal with 25 selections by the glass. Half the vintages on the wine list are priced under $40. The house promotes BYOB Tuesdays.

The extensive Sunday Lunch/ Brunch menu includes such specialties as: classic Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Burrito, Wild Mushroom Omelet, California Spinach Salad, Grilled Chicken Salad, a juicy Sirloin Burger; and Steak Frites.

Customers entering handsome Caffe Regatta will encounter a soothing light blue sea atmosphere accented with starch white table settings, colorful fresh flowers, and artwork depicting the boating theme. To the left as you enter, a large ‘sea mirror’ distorts your reflection just enough to give you that ocean feel. The neat professional staff is most helpful. Jazzy music filters throughout.
