Enjoy Delicious New American Cuisine With A Five Course Dinner and Dessert paired with unique style beers from the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company-

Dan Petrilli, Chef and Owner of Haven, one of Westchester’s well known neighborhood favorites, invites patrons to enjoy a savory five course menu and dessert, along with a beer pairing from the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company on Tuesday, November 10 at 7:00 pm.

Captain Lawrence Brewing Company beers are craft brewed in Pleasantville, NY by Westchester local, Scott Vaccaro, who will be on hand to describe each beer and its flavors. Beers for the evening’s tasting include Freshchester’ Pale Ale, Brown Bird’ Brown Ale, Liquid Gold, ‘Captain’s Reserve’ Imperial I.P.A and Smoked Porter.  Delicious food pairings include a Lamb Merguez Sausage & Manchego Cheese Pizza w/ Black Bean Puree and Pan Seared Sea Scallops & Spinach Chiffonade w/ Pomegranate Glace.  The full menu can be seen on Haven’s website.

Haven restaurant was established in 2005 by chef-owner Daniel Petrilli, serving New American cuisine in a very casual setting. The restaurant also features a global wine list, micro-brewed beer and small batch spirits. Chef Petrilli perfected his culinary craft at popular New York City restaurants like Gramercy Tavern, March and American Place and was the Executive Chef at Strega in Westchester, before opening Haven in Pleasantville, NY.
