Back for a Second Look at Cafe Barcel in Nyack: Blackboard Specials; Dishes for $3
Nyack’s newest restaurant opened in November, and my first visit there was a great success. The second time I went was very good, too — and by then, chef Kevin Reilly has added a few things to the menu. He’s now doing blackboard specials with a few small plates under $5. Here’s a look at my meal:
