Food! My greatest source of comfort, creativity and passion. It needn’t be fancy, costly or time consuming. If it’s fresh and well paired, I’m over the moon. A perfectly ripe avocado with tomato and red onion. A late summer fig wrapped in an especially thin slice of proscuitto. A chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano drizzled with honey. A simple bunch of grapes with an extra sharp piece of cheddar (below.)
