Culinary Arts Students Will Host Public Dinners
Saunders Trades and Technical High School’s Academy of Culinary Arts Program is taking reservations for public dinners prepared and served by their students. Dinners are served at the Yonkers Education and Cultural Arts Center, 1109 North Broadway, Yonkers. Seating is at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates:
· Thursday, March 18, 2010
· Thursday, April 15 and 22, 2010
· Thursday, May 6 and 13, 2010
The dinners are $30 per person and include an appetizer, soup or salad, entrée choice of beef, chicken, fish or chef’s special of the day, selection of homemade breads, beverage with meal, and coffee after the meal. Dessert is à la carte.
Dinners are by reservation only and fill up fast. To make a reservation, call Marianne at (914) 376-8150 between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
