Just in time for today’s gorgeous 80 degree weather, Striped Bass in Tarrytown has a whole new look and a whole new menu. Owner Steve Cross is spiffing up the place — hoping to appeal to a younger crowd. With a modern, bright new dining room decorated in aquatic blues and metallic greys, a bar with a big aquarium and a few new dishes, like ahi tuna sashimi, it’s poised to be the newest Hudson River hotspot this summer. People were already dining outside on the new patio when photographer Joe Larese went to take these photos yesterday.
