Here’s a pretty cool-sounding event. All summer long, tandoori barbecue meals prepared — and enjoyed — outside on the patio at Chutney Masala Bistro. From a press release:
Beginning on May 13th at Chutney Masala Indian Bistro, Thursday evenings will be Tandoori Nights when Chef Navjot Arora will be cooking in the tandoor oven outdoors on the restaurant’s patio, serving up a selection of classic tandoori favorites. Dine on fresh-from-the-oven chicken, and kebobs (chicken and lamb), and enjoy free samples of naan bread as you watch how Indian “barbecue” and bread is made!
The Tandoori Nights outdoor barbecue will be held, weather permitting, every Thursday evening beginning on May 13th, through the end of August, 2010. There will be specials available and in addition to the Tandoori selections prepared on the patio, the regular dinner menu will be served.
