Restaurant North in Armonk To Open Tuesday: Sneak Peek at Photos!
Restaurant North, a new farm-to-table restaurant, will open Tuesday in Armonk. It’s owned by chef Eric Gabrynowicz, formerly of Tavern in Garrison, and general manager Stephen Mancini, formerly the wine director at Maialino in Manhattan. The restaurant is farm-to-table, so much so that when we sent our photographer to take some photos for this week’s story, he caught Eric and his sous chef, Michael Boulos, shopping at the North Castle Farmers Market:

holy cow!! looks amazing—fantastic photos! can’t wait to try this place out.
Great concept, nice looking food. However in the photo of that last flatbread dish that is certainly not lardo. Lardo is pure fat, all white, no meat whatsoever. That looks more like raw bacon than lardo.
wow cant wait to try it
