According to an e-mail newsletter from Crabtree’s Kittle House in Chappaqua, Top Chef Masters Carmen Gonzalez will join the kitchen team at the restaurant for July and August, bringing her Latin-style cuisine to the dining room and tap room menus. She won’t be in the kitchen everyday, but her menu will be.
A couple of dishes on her menu include Berkshire Pork Chop with sweet plantain and Rainbeau Ridge goat cheese puree; and Roast Duck and Fresh Corn Tamale with three tomato relish.

Sounds like a good way to mix-it up @ the Kittle house. I’m going to go this week & try out her cuisine.
