Chef Brian Lewis Says He Will Open His Own Restaurant


Brian Lewis, the former chef Bedford Post, tells me in an email that he enjoyed his time there, and is looking to open his own restaurant now. He says:

As I had mentioned, after a truly wonderfull time at The Bedford Post, I am in fact, moving on to open my own restaurant, right here in Westchester!

I am excited to continue to work with all of the great farmers and artisan producers here in the Hudson Valley, who have always been the heart and soul of my cooking…… I will be sure to fill you in on all of the details very soon……

I’ll keep you updated. I’ll also let you know what I hear from the Bedford Post about a new chef as soon as I can.
